I Now have a Logitec camera setup and operating, but I do not seem to be able to activate it. Any help out there?

I Now Have a Logitec C160 Webcam, and it is recording, but I cannot get it to upload to my station. Any ideas?

Temperatures are in the twenties and the snow is flying from a backdoor low pressure system. They say this storm is equal to a category 2 hurricane. That is just what we need. Ike is certainly glad to be indoors. I am going to try to get started on my reports again, but maybe only one per day. I am glad to see that N.O.A.A. has changed their graphical forecast format. We had no rain overnight. When I went out this morning to check my electric meter I was able to note the partly cloudy skies and comfortable temperatures. This seems to be shaping up to be a nice day so far. The N.O.A.A. is not quite so optimistic. They call for an 80% chance of rain today with an accumulation of 0.30” of rain and a 100% chance of rain overnight with an accumulation of 0.73” of rain. This morning the sky has cleared considerably. We are now partly cloudy with little or no breeze. There is no fog either, and the month is drawing to a close. We have had only 6 mornings with fog, and none of them achieved a level 5. If we have no fog tomorrow, we have a winter that appears to be less snowy than normal. We could have 1 dusting, 2 up to an inch, 1 with 1-3 inches and two with 3-6 inches. That would give us a total snow fall of about 17 inches. ...
